24 May 2020

The purpose of this guidance is to assist donors operating in ODA recipient countries to formulate joint responses to an allegation of significant corruption, so as to avoid slow, contradictory, and ill-informed reactions, in the immediate aftermath of its discovery. This is a reference tool for donors – providing a set of illustrative questions that can serve to facilitate joint donor responses.
